simple instructions for using the kit

With the use of our kits, burnishing process is simple and fast, basically all steel materials and its alloys can be cold burnished, as well as brass, copper and various alloys.

There are always 4 steps in the cycle, each kit has its own specific burnisher depending on the material to be burnished:

1- Degreasing: the metal must be completely clean.

2- Immersion in the Conditioner to prepare the surfaces for burnishing ( steel must be kept immersed for 12 to 15 minutes)

3- Burnishing: immersion from 1 to more minutes during which the color conversion takes place (for steel keep immersed until the surface reaches the desired burnishing intensity)

4- Fixing: immersion in dehydrating protective oil that removes water, seals the pores and protects against corrosion.

This system is particularly suitable for all productions for which quick assembly is required with an excellent aesthetic impact and good corrosion protection. With this system you can also burnish cutting tools, tool holders, measuring instruments, gears, hand tools, castings, components of machine tools and for the automotive sector springs, guns and much more.
